Kiren joined Strata in 2010 and is involved in all aspects of Strata’s M&A advisory and capital raising activities. At Strata, Kiren has worked on numerous sellside and capraise transactions in the software, laboratory testing and life science services sector. Recent transactions include advising LGC Douglas Scientific on the sale of its Amplifire® product line and intellectual property; advising the shareholders of Crawford Scientific on a sale to Limerston Capital; advising the shareholders of YorkTest Laboratories on a sale to Key Capital Partners, LabM on its sale to Neogen, Fits.me on its sale to Rakuten; and thetrainline.com on the sale of Ecebs to Bell I.D
Prior to joining Strata in 2011, Kiren worked in the Corporate Finance, Transaction and Restructuring Division of KPMG. While at KPMG, she worked on a variety of buyside and sellside M&A transactions for a number of financial institutions, real estate and media companies.
Kiren holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Investment from Nottingham University and a BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of London. She recently received an Outstanding achievement award for ICAEW’s Corporate Finance (CF) qualification.
