Johannes Niemetz

An Austrian national, Johannes Niemetz joined Strata in 2006. At Strata, Johannes focuses on public and private M&A and private placements.

Before joining Strata, Johannes worked at General Electric, where he completed the GE Financial Management Programme and worked for its Infrastructure division inter alia on the integration of Jenbacher, a EUR800m gas engine manufacturer, and subsequently in technology finance at GE`s Oil & Gas headquarters in Florence.

Most recently he advised Allocate Software plc on the acquisition of Time Care AB in December 2009.

Johannes holds a MSc. and BSc. in Management from the London School of Economics and a Master in International Management (MIM) from CEMS (Community of European Management Schools).
