
Nick Molden
Nick focuses on Strata's media and new media M&A advisory work. He has extensive client-side experience in the media industry, giving him a deep knowledge of how the sector works.
Prior to working with Strata, Nick worked at FTSE250 United Business Media plc from 2001 in a role that covered M&A activity, group strategy and investor relations. Before UBM, Nick spent three years in group development at Haymarket Media Group, the UK's largest independent magazine publishing company. His work covered growth strategy, M&A and the development and launch of Brand Republic, an on-line subscription information resource and recruitment platform for marketers.
Latterly at United Business Media, Nick was a board director of the United Advertising Publications plc subsidiary until 2005, during which time he oversaw the acquisition of the licensed trade media assets from Quantum Business Media, and the disposal of UAP`s motoring publications to Newsquest, part of Gannett Inc.
Nick graduated from Christ Church, Oxford, with a first in Philosophy, Politics & Economics.
