Dr Alistair Armstrong-Brown

Alistair focuses on public and private M&A and on private placements.

Alistair obtained his PhD in Physics from McGill University in Montreal as a Commonwealth Scholar. His speciality is nanotechnology with experience in semiconducting and magnetic systems at cryogenic temperatures. His research project involved a broad range of areas from established techniques such as clean-room micromachining to emerging technologies such as self-assembling nanostructures and atomic force microscopy. A fluent French speaker, Alistair also helped to establish a network of nanotechnology researchers between Montreal and Munich.
