Khilan Shah

Khilan is involved with all aspects of Strata`s M&A advisory work.

Prior to joining Strata, Khilan worked in the investment banking team at Landsbanki Securities (UK) Ltd where he focused on mid-cap M&A. Prior to Landsbanki, he worked in the Corporate Finance team at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

In his investment banking career, Khilan has acted on a variety of transactions including public and private company acquisitions and disposals. Selected deals include acting for Duke Street Capital on the £400m public to private of CI Traders Limited, £78m recommended cash offer for Bizspace plc and the £38m recommended cash offer for Crown Sports plc.

Khilan is a Chartered Accountant by training and has a BSc in Computer Science and Business Studies from the University of Warwick.
