Carlos Serra Cárdenas

Carlos is involved with all aspects of Strata`s M&A and private placements work.

Prior to joining Strata, Carlos worked as an analyst with a San Francisco-based M&A boutique where he provided strategic planning and transaction advisory services to clients in the United States and Mexico. In addition to advising technology entrepreneurs, Carlos has been a Silicon Valley entrepreneur himself, having co-founded a mobile services startup and secured the required funding.

Carlos holds a Law degree from the Universidad Complutense and a Masters in Finance from IEB (Madrid).
