Strata Partners advises Novel Polymer Solutions Ltd (NPS) on a £5 million private placement by a syndicate led by Environmental Technologies Fund.
Based in Malvern, UK, NPS licenses its patent-protected polymers, such as LoVOC® and AETTM, for use in a variety of markets such as high performance protective apparel; encapsulated oil industry additives and household cleaning chemicals; and the replacement of existing adhesion technologies for the automotive and flooring markets.
