Strata acted as exclusive financial adviser to Giosg.com Oy, on its €4.5m financing led by the Swedish fund Varenne Investments.
Giosg is a Helsinki based technology company that provides intelligent conversion marketing – identifying indecisive web visitors and targeting them with the right actions in real-time to dramatically increase conversion rates.
The Giosg platform enables its corporate customers to calculate in real-time what is the most effective action (e.g. pop-up chat, coupons or banners) to take for a given web visitor. Giosg also deploys machine intelligence to learn which actions maximise conversion.
Varenne is a Venture capital firm founded in 2015 in Sweden as a family office investing in challengers with scalable business models in fast growing industries.
The funds will be used to boost Giosg’s AI capability as well as to accelerate market penetration into the UK and Nordic market.
