Strata acted as exclusive corporate finance adviser to Inflexion

Strata Partners is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive corporate finance adviser to leading mid-market private equity firm Inflexion, on the carve-out of the Engineering Inspection & Consultancy division of RSA Insurance Group PLC.  The new company will trade as British Engineering Services in the UK and Irish Engineering Services in the Republic of Ireland.

The transaction was Strata’s 18^th successful advisory transaction in the testing, inspection and certification space and its third sector deal in 2015.
